Wright L. Lassiter III is an independent director of Fortive. He has served as CEO of CommonSpirit Health, a private, integrated health system comprising more than 2,200 care sites in 24 states, since 2022, and serves as chair of The American Hospital Association Board of Trustees.
He previously served as President and CEO of Henry Ford Health System, a $7 billion, private, not-for-profit health system, from 2014 to 2022. He served as the lead independent director of DT Midstream, a publicly-traded energy company, from 2021 to 2023, and as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago from 2018 to 2021.
