Spun off from Danaher Corporation in 2016 and headquartered in Everett, Washington, it is led by Chief Executive Officer Olumide Soroye and operates two segments: Intelligent Operating Solutions and Advanced Healthcare Solutions. In June 2025 the company completed the tax-free spin-off of its Precision Technologies segment as Ralliant Corporation, sharpening its focus on higher-margin software and healthcare workflow markets, with revenue from continuing operations of $4.16 billion in fiscal 2025.
