IDEX Corporation acquired Airtech (Airtech Group, Inc., US Valve Corporation) for $471.0 million, a transaction completed in June 2021, structured as all cash (stock acquisition).

Airtech (Airtech Group, Inc., US Valve Corporation) operates in Health & Science Technologies (Performance Pneumatic Technologies), is based in Rutherford, New Jersey, USA. Designs and manufactures a wide range of highly-engineered pressure technology products, including vacuum pumps, regenerative blowers, compressor systems and valves for alternative energy, food processing, medical, packaging and transportation end markets.
