Graco acquires GeoBlaster Equipment Sales & Services Inc.

Graco acquired GeoBlaster Equipment Sales & Services Inc. for part of combined ~$185 million for four businesses, a transaction completed in December 2014, structured as all cash. The deal was a Asset purchase.

GeoBlaster Equipment Sales & Services Inc. operates in Industrial, is based in Dunnville, Ontario, Canada, had revenue of about an undisclosed amount (part of ~$50M aggregate sales / ~$17M EBITDA across the four businesses). Based in Dunnville, Ontario, GeoBlaster manufactures wet abrasive blasting equipment for coating removal and surface preparation. The acquisition augments Graco's existing protective coating channel. Graco acquired the assets of GeoBlaster in December 2014.
