DONALDSON Co INC acquired Solaris Biotechnology S.r.l. for approximately EUR 41 million / $45.7 million (net of cash acquired), a transaction completed in November 2021, structured as all cash.

Expands Donaldson's bioprocessing equipment offering and establishes a Life Sciences manufacturing base in Europe.
