The company had estimated annual sales of roughly EUR 60 million (about $82 million) and joined AMETEK's Electronic Instruments Group.
Adds high-end elemental analysis instrumentation for research, semiconductor and nanotechnology markets to AMETEK's analytical instruments platform.
