Adobe acquired Workfront, Inc. for approximately $1.52 billion in cash, a transaction completed in December 2020, structured as all cash.

Workfront, Inc. operates in Work Management / Digital Experience. Workfront was a privately held company providing a work management platform, acquired in the first quarter of fiscal 2021 for approximately $1.52 billion in cash. It was integrated into Adobe's Digital Experience segment.

Adobe acquired Workfront, a provider of a workflow platform, and began integrating it into the Digital Experience reportable segment, adding work and project management to Adobe's customer experience management portfolio.
