About

Mr. Cross has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Roper Technologies, and as the Company's Principal Accounting Officer, since February 2023. He joined Roper in 2017 and, immediately prior to his current role, served as the Company's Vice President, Audit Services from November 2021, having held various corporate accounting roles of increasing responsibility from 2017 to 2021.

Before joining Roper, Mr. Cross held internal audit and financial reporting positions at SPX Corporation from 2014 to 2017, and spent 2008 to 2014 at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he worked in the external audit practice and served as a senior auditor from 2011 to 2014.
