Marc A. Howze

Marc A. Howze brings significant leadership and business experience garnered during more than two decades at Deere & Company, most recently as Senior Advisor in the Office of the Chairman. He earlier served as Group President, Lifecycle Solutions and Chief Administrative Officer, as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, as Vice President of Global Human Resources and Employee Communications, and as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

He brings broad knowledge of global manufacturing, supply chain and aftermarket operations, along with extensive experience in succession planning and executive compensation. He gained broad leadership, litigation and government contracting experience during service in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of major. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
