All workflows
01

Gather the approved records

Administrator reports are organized by fund, vehicle, and period, with ownership, version history, and attribute-based access boundaries attached to every record.

02

Reconcile exceptions

The reconciliation agent compares commitments, capital calls, distributions, management fees, and partner capital balances with the administrator, and models the distribution waterfall, carried interest, and GP clawback exposure under the LPA.

03

Prepare the evidence

The valuation analyst assembles ASC 820 Level 3 fair-value support consistent with IPEV guidelines, while the audit coordinator maps each PBC request to its linked source records and documented assumptions.

04

Close the review loop

Exceptions and drafts — including subscription line borrowing-base and NAV facility compliance reporting — are routed to finance owners, and approved changes are recorded before final materials are prepared.

Human-in-the-loop control

The CFO, fund administrator, and valuation committee retain their existing approval responsibilities over books, valuations, and lender reporting.
